We often get the question: How does lava sound? In the past videos about the volcano eruption we have done our best to record environmental sounds, but getting a really good audio recording of the lava is not so easy. In this video, we use the Saramonic SoundBird T3L shotgun microphone to record the sound of millions of tons of lava flowing over the landscape.
This is the last “eruption” video for a while. Now we will head towards wildlife and landscape and do our best to record a lot of material this summer.
