Exploring Abstract Photography in Hljóðaklettar

A photography tour took a surprising twist when we had a great time exploring abstract art provided by natural forms in Hljodaklettar. Finding abstract art in basalt columns or strange rock formations sometimes offers surprising subjects.

We hiked to the Hljóðaklettar area in North-Iceland. The hike is about 40 minutes from our mobile car, but it´s worth it. This was filmed late in the evening and we were alone in the valley – having great fun photographing – sometimes surprising subjects.
